Once your order has finished processing, we will ship your item, and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 4 to 8 working days.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at tanalisab@gmail.com.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We use:

  • DHL Express or Purolator for customers abroad
  • Canada Post for Canadian customers

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance and weather delays.

TANALISA is not responsible for additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by customs.

RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
Prior to placing your order, kindly review our Size Guide. All orders are considered final.

Where a return is approved, we offer store credit only, subject to the conditions below:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase (or within 7 days of delivery, if that is the store’s standard for your setup)
  • All sale items are final
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached

Items returned with signs of being worn, washed, stained, or with tags removed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
To be eligible for a complete refund, cancellation requests must be submitted within 8 hours of placing your order and before the commencement of the production phase.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please email tanalisab@gmail.com with a photo or video proof. If approved, we will provide a replacement.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
All return requests must be submitted through our return form. After submission, your item will be inspected. Any signs of wear or damage may result in the return request being denied.

  • You ordered from our sample sale / final sale
  • You ordered a made-to-measure item, and it aligns with the measurements you submitted
  • Your item has been worn or has stains
