REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before placing your order, we encourage you to review our Size Guide to ensure the perfect fit. As each piece is made with care and limited availability, all orders are considered final. If you have any questions before or after purchasing, our team will be happy to assist you.
CANCELLATIONS
To be eligible for a complete refund, cancellation requests must be submitted within 8 hours of placing your order and before the commencement of the production phase.
MADE-TO-MEASURE
Made-to-measure clothing created based on measurements provided by you is not eligible for refunds, except in cases of studio-made errors. If a studio-made error is reported, picture and video proof will be required for assessment.
REFUNDS
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are granted only for studio-made errors (picture and video proof required).
We do not offer cash refunds. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued as store credit for original priced items that meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unaltered
- Returned in original packaging
- Original tags attached
- Free of stains and odors
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipping address on file.
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit consideration. Once your item is received, our team will inspect it and process the store credit (where applicable).
If the product is damaged in any way, or if the return is initiated after 7 calendar days from delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.
All refunds are exclusive of delivery costs.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection once the garment is received. If approved, an exchange will be processed.
Please review our Size Chart before ordering. If you are unsure about your size, contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for any made-to-measure pieces.
